Asheville’s Alternative Cinema, the Grail Moviehouse is an independent, locally owned 3 screen cinema, showing first run, art, and independent films, foreign films and documentaries, and a regular rotation of cinematic surprises. Concessions feature locally made snacks alongside movie favorites and a great selection of local beer, wine, and cider. We are located on Foundy Street in the River Arts District, right next door to great local restaurants, taprooms, and art studios with free parking always available.
