At All Bodies, we help folks find accessible and sustainable movement practices that help them feel better in their bodies so they can do the things that make them happy. We aim to help all clients age independently (regardless of current age). We offer personal training, small group classes (Kettlebell, Barbell, General Strength, Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, etc), and workout programming. We also offer specialized strength programs for youth, seniors and folks with hypermobility. We aim to connect and build community and work together to let go of the damage of diet culture and heal our relationships with our bodies and movement.
