Art Nurture is the working studio of local artist, Court McCracken.  The studio is located in Asheville’s River Arts District at The Hatchery Studio Building (1 Roberts Street, Studio #141 Asheville, NC 28801). 

Her focus as a visual arts mentor and creativity cultivator is on the process and on engaging in the creative journey fully. 

Offerings for group workshops and private lessons online include painting (watercolor, acrylic, oil and ink) drawing (graphite, charcoal, ink) installation, mixed media, and fiber art. Portfolio development is available in private lessons for those wanting to develop a cohesive body of work.

Private workshops are available for customization for your group. Focus can be professional development, team building, creative play, intuitive making, and process-based exploration. 

Court McCracken has been creating art in the Western North Carolina community as well as leading visual arts classes and creativity cultivation sessions for the past decade. Her kickstarter published book, Art Nurture: The Simple Guide to Cultivating Your Creativity, encourages each person to find and nurture their own art for their overall joy, health, and well being.
