This insider excursion provides you with tips and local secrets about the best way to do Asheville on a budget! You will have a better understanding of how Asheville became the unique, quirky city you see now and learn everything we are doing to “Keep Asheville Weird.” This is the only tip-based walking tour, allowing you to pay what you think it’s worth!

Tip-Based Tours:

Downtown we will follow the urban trail, stopping along the way to taste ice cream, and spirits for free and get some beer tickets in the end! We will learn all about the history of the area and you will receive lots of recommendations for what to do while you are here!

We also have River Arts District tour open Wednesday through Saturday at 2 pm where we explore the history of the area, check out some local artists, musicians and glassblowing as well as taste some coffee and yummy snacks from Grey Eagle Taqueria, finishing with wine or beer tickets as well!

Our Taste of West Asheville tour provides tastings of coffee, tea, ice cream, beer and discounts at local restaurants. We get a chance to tour a garden at sunny point cafe and learn the history of the area!

Specialty Tours:

As of 2022, we have launched a brand new Ghost tour! This is the only ghost tour in town that stops at the haunted riverside cemetery! We will go from the cemetery to downtown, learning all about Asheville’s favorite haunts!

Finally, we are proud to announce that we are partnering with Cultivated Cocktails, Pleb Urban Winery and the Wedge brewery to present the NC Craft Beverage museum. Learn the history of craft beverages in NC told through taste!
