Located in the heart of downtown Asheville, NC, Cats at Play Café ~ Boutique & Rescue Lounge will be a stylish and cozy foster home for 12 – 18 adoptable cats. Our free roaming setting will be designed with both cats and humans in mind. A place where our guests can enjoy cuddling, playing and getting to know the many personalities companion felines possess; as well as an environment our foster kitties can run, jump, play, sleep, hide and feel at home. All cats will be available for adoption. We will also host events such as yoga with cats, move nights with cats, paint and sip with cats, etc. There will also be a separate cafe side with coffee, tea, sodas, kombucha, beer and wine, as well as prepackaged baked goods. We will also have plenty of fun and cute merchandise, local art and jewelry, and other goodies for sale in our cafe. We are hoping to open in November or December.
