Dolci di Maria was founded in 2008 by a mother creating delicious desserts for her children with allergies to gluten and dairy. Since then, it has been her mission to provide decadent desserts for individuals with specific dietary needs and lifestyle choices that everyone can enjoy.
Dolci means “sweets” in Italian. Inspired by Italian pastry shops, we create fine gluten and dairy-free, and vegan desserts that are perfectly balanced in texture and taste. Everything is baked in small batches using natural and organic ingredients in a dedicated gluten-free, nut-free facility just outside Asheville, NC.
