Physical therapy is provided in a 60 minute one-on-one session by a physical therapist with extensive orthopedic experience. The integration of Pilates principals and exercises with treatment creates a functional, whole body approach for more complete healing and lasting results. Tanya sees the connections between the body’s many moving parts to get to the root of the problem.
Pilates is available in private, semi-private, and specialty group classes. Tanya has been a Pilates instructor since 2009. Her expert knowledge of the body creates a safe and effective fitness routine for your body.
