Physical therapy is provided in a one-on-one 60 minute sesssion with a physical therapist with over a decade of experience. The integration of Pilates principals and exercises with treatment creates a more whole body approach for more complete healing.
Pilates is available in private, semi-private, and specialty group classes (including a Mommy and Me class designed for mom AND baby). Physical therapist Tanya Tracy has been a Pilates instructor since 2009. Her expert knowledge of the body creates a safe and effective fitness routine for your body.
