The French Broad Food Co+op is Asheville’s only community owned grocery store since 1975.  We are dedicated to serving the WNC community by providing high quality natural foods and personal care products. We stock over 1000 local products & over 1000 bulk foods, herbs & spices. Our produce department is 100% organic and we boast a Co+op Basics program of over 150 staple items which are priced affordably everyday. We also host Double Up Food Bucks, which helps low income families have better access to local & organic produce.

While you are shopping at the co-op, you can park in our newly paved lower lot, our upper lot, the corner lot of Hillard & Biltmore (across from the Orange Peel), and at 67 Biltmore, the LaZoom lot.
