Hidden Gem Flower Farm is a small-scale flower farm growing specialty cut and heirloom flowers using sustainable, natural practices in the mountains of Asheville, NC.  Owned and operated by Lori Babiar and husband Sam, both veterans of the U.S. Army.  Lori and Sam established the farm in the summer of 2020. Though new to the cut flower business, Lori has been an avid gardener for over 30 years, growing vegetables and flowers to share with family and friends.  As our bounty of flowers grows, we are excited to bring farm-fresh flowers to our community.

We provide farm-raised, local fresh-cut flower bouquets at Tailgate Markets local to the Asheville area.

We also provide fresh-cut flowers to local florists.  We pride ourselves in harvesting our flowers at the proper stage and using appropriate post-handling procedures for each variety to ensure we provide the freshest, longest-lasting, beautiful blooms.   We prefer to cut to order but we can also provide same-day service depending on availability.
