Integrated Fighting Arts is a Self Defense, Fitness and Martial Arts training program dedicated to helping you feel safer, healthier and more confident in day-to-day life. People of all walks of life can benefit from learning how to protect themselves with practical fighting skills, recognizing verbal and physical cues, and taking charge of their physical health.
IFA classes are taught in various locations, and can be catered to individuals or small groups based on necessity. We utilize skill sets from proven combat sports and martial arts, but focus on principles and universal concepts, rather than memorization of techniques. The curriculum includes striking, grappling, pre-emption, pre-contact and fight fitness. All lessons are taught in a digestible, beginner-friendly manner, in a high energy environment.
