Oakland Cottage Bed and Breakfast is a craftsman style boutique bed and breakfast with a fascinating history and welcoming atmosphere. It is located about a mile from the entrance to the Biltmore Estate and just over a mile from Asheville’s historic downtown district. This 5,000 square-ft “cottage” has been naturally separated into private rooms. The open common areas, available to all guests, create a warm and spacious feel.

There is a delightful full breakfast each morning in the dining room served anytime between 8:30 – 10 AM that features farm to table cuisine and eggs fresh from the on-site chickens. Special needs diets are enthusiastically accommodated with advanced notice.

Additionally, there are complimentary local coffee & teas available in the dining area all day. The B&B welcomes both well behaved children and pets for additional fees. Oakland Cottage is also available as a full house rental experience, customized for your group’s needs!
