Round Earth Roasters (formerly Biltmore Coffee Roasters) is an artisan micro roaster specializing in relationship coffee: sustainable for people & the planet; we source direct trade beans to ensure environmental, economic, and social sustainability. We specialize in coffee grown in harmony with nature while providing family farmers a living wage and incentives to protect the environment.

Signature drinks include our “Super Coffee”and house made Organic Golden Milk & Chai.  We make healthy & delicious smoothies, use scratch made syrups and even use coffee ice cubes in our iced coffee drinks!  In addition to baking fresh cookies, muffins, scones and fritattas  in store daily we also serve fresh sandwiches and soups from our sister store Trout Lily Market & Deli in Fairview.
