A 6-week Spirited Improv Series is a transformational journey into authentic expression, creative aliveness, and deep heart connection. Each week, Jessica Chilton, who blends 20 years of improvisational performance with 16 years as an expressive arts therapist and spiritual guide, leads you through soulful, playful explorations that help you shed fear, loosen the grip of self-judgment, and trust your inner spontaneity.
Unlike traditional improv, this series isn’t about comedy or performance techniques. It’s about presence, expression, and connection.
You’ll experiment with movement, music-making, singing, embodied storytelling, intuitive acting, costumed play, ritual, and honest emotional expression in a safe, radically accepting community. There is no pressure to be funny or clever. Instead, you’re invited to drop into presence, stay curious, and let your true self lead.
As each week unfolds, the group becomes a loving, creative ecosystem, witnessing each other’s breakthroughs, offering support, and co-creating moments of connection that feel sacred. Each class includes grounding meditation, heart-centered intention, and spacious improvisational activities that awaken joy, courage, and curiosity.
The series usually culminates in a one-of-a-kind Spirited Improv Performance: a spontaneous, soul-guided experience where participants step onstage (only if they choose to) to express themselves in the moment, held by the community and shaped by the energy of Love.
Participants often describe Spirited Improv as “life-changing,” “freeing,” and “a place where I finally felt fully myself.”
