The Crunchy Baker is a bakery dedicated to sustainability and spreading deliciousness to Asheville, NC and beyond. We specialize in creative, locally-sourced and seasonal baked goods for all occasions, as well as classes in sustainable baking. We grow and raise some of the ingredients that go into our products on our homestead, including eggs and fruit. We use local, organic flour, humanely- and pasture-raised dairy and eggs, and produce from local farms in our baked goods, and all packaging is compostable. You can find us at area farmer’s markets, including the East Asheville Tailgate Market and Weaverville Tailgate Market, as well as area festivals and events throughout the year. You can also place a special order for baked goods any time you need a treat. Come on out and get something tasty!
