The Silo Cookhouse offers a culinary farm to table journey set amidst the tranquility of The Horse Shoe Farm’s eclectic dining room and the splendor of sweeping sunset views of Mt. Pisgah. We offer an a la carte menu, communal seating dinner service Wednesday-Saturday evenings, as well as Sunday brunch. Our menu changes frequently in accordance with the freshest, seasonal ingredients, as we believe strongly in supporting local growers and source the majority of our ingredients from local farms.
