The Wild Salmon Co. is a small, fisherman-owned family business, committed to providing top notch wild caught, sustainable Alaska seafood.
Heidi and Steve base their business in Asheville, North Carolina, but their amazing wild salmon is from Alaska. Each summer, the two head to Bristol Bay, to join in the largest sockeye fishery in the world. Once their salmon are caught and chilled, they are delivered to a processing facility to be filleted, de-boned and flash frozen. This method preserves that “just-caught” freshness. In addition to salmon, the Wild Salmon Co. also provides a variety of other wild caught sustainable seafood.
Available each fall and spring at local tailgate markets.
